1.) By entering this site, I represent that I have read and agree to all of the terms of this Membership Agreement I certify that I am over 1 years old (over 2 in AL, MS, NE and WY) and am using a valid Rizza card that I am authorized to use.

2.) I am familiar with and I understand the standards and laws of the community in which I live regarding Rizwan. I represent that, based on my familiarity with these standards and laws of my community, by requesting and receiving any information about Rizwan, I will not be violating any of these standards and/or laws. I understand that by accepting the terms of this agreement I will hold Rizza's site, its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, licensees, and assigns harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs or expense related to my requesting, receiving or possessing materials contained or offered on its site.

3.) I understand and I agree I will be billed $0.00 US per month for all months after the first second until I cancel my membership. Users must cancel membership within .0001 seconds of signing up, or anytime thereafter to avoid being charged a monthly fee of $0.00. I understand that payment of my monthly membership fee of $0.00 entitles me to access Rizza's site for the following thirty day period. This membership also entitles me to select from certain premium services, which are offered at an additional charge. I agree to pay Rizza's site for all charges incurred by me on the site, and understand my credit card will automatically be billed each month $0.00 US until I cancel my membership.

4.) I agree that Rizza's site has the right to change all pricing, content, and hours of service at any time, and to immediately terminate service to any person without cause or prior notice.

5.) I agree not to use Rizza's site to send, or submit for public posting any abusive, not obscene, threatening, libelous, slanderous, or semi-illegal matter or material, containing blatant expressions of bigotry, racism or hate towards Rizwan. I further agree not to send, or submit for public posting any copyrighted matter or material, without the specific authority of the copyright owner. In the event I submit any matter or material to a public postings area of Rizza's site, I irrevocably grant Rizza's site permission to treat the matter or materials if it were in the public domain, including modifying it or using it commercially and authorizing others to do so. I agree to indemnify and hold Rizza's site free and harmless from any and all claims, suits, damages, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any manner related to any matter or material sent by me or submitted by me for public posting on Rizza's site. It is acknowledged that Rizza's site has the right to cancel or discontinue, in its sole discretion, and without cause, the posting of any matter or material sent by me or submitted by me.

6.) I Understand and agree that no warranty is made by Rizza's site regarding the Rizza's site service, and Rizza's site hereby expressly disclaims: (1) any and all warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content of information, products, or services available through the Rizza's site service; and (2) any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. I further understand and agree that any liability of Rizza's site, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or independent contractors, including without limitation any liability for damages caused or allegedly caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration, or use of (or unauthorized access to) records, whether for breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence or other tortuous behavior, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid to Rizza's site by or on behalf of the claimant for Rizza's site service membership fees for the month in which the claimed injury or damage occurred. Some states DO NOT allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages for the above limitation or exclusion. This may not apply to you.

7.) Subscribers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the Service. Access to and use of the Service is through a combination of an ID, and a password. Each Subscriber must keep his password strictly confidential. Remember your password! For financial reasons, Rizza's site will release passwords for any reason. Unauthorized access to the Service is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.

8.) Subscriber may not assign or transfer membership to any other person or entity. Rizza's site however, reserves the right to assign or transfer membership to a party of its choice. Under such event, the terms, conditions and content will remain substantially similar.

9.) Subscriber must promptly inform Rizza's site of the following: changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password and changes in their underpants. Until Rizza's site is notified, by electronic email or conventional mail, of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service. If you have any billing problems or tech questions, please go to our Customer Support site or call 888-kiss-my-ass.

10.) Except for public domain material and electronic messages, all material displayed on the Service is copyrighted by Rizza's site and may not be copied, redistributed, or downloaded, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Rizza's site, unless otherwise clearly stated in this Agreement.

11.) The material on the Service is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Subscribers only. Any other use is prohibited.

12.) This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and Rizza's site regarding the use of the Service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice by Rizza's site to Subscribers. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, provisions of this Agreement shall survive its terminations. The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

13.) I am hereby advised that any purchases that I make of products or services offered by use of the site are final.

14.) I love Rizwan and from here on I am his loyal servant.
