The Lo-down: Probably the best animation I've ever seen. The movie had good atmosphere. The plot was a bit lame but overall the movie was done really well. I really liked the ending.

Recommendation: If you like part one, don't miss out on this or if you like animes with good artwork. A lot of people wouldn't like this cause the plots a bit old but if you get a chance, check it out.
